See my earlier post. The air valve assembly cost $61.00. Most of the time a diaphragm is all that is needed. Be sure to check the housing for wear, it is critical.

Well, I am not sure what happened to a reply I posted earlier today.
The 425 mixer does not have a rebuild kit . The air valve assembly is available as well as the idle diaphragm.
Before buying any parts check the amount of side play the air valve has when fully seated in the housing. If you can see the air valve move then there is too much wear which will cause hard starting and a rough idle that cannot be adjusted out. The air valve runs with about .002" clearance.
Normally all you will need is an air valve diaphragm and possibly an idle diaphragm.
Both diaphragms together run about $30.00.
