q-jet problem

so i rebuilt a q-jet put it on my truck
good fuel pump and it wont shoot gas outtta the jet
float bowl it full and it runs when i put gas down the carb
so are my jets clogged or could it be somethin else?

SO it won't run without pooring gas down carb. you have inturnal plug OR I think you used the wrong gaskets to rebuild and they are covering the ports in the idle circuit.
