Question #2 Gas tank restoration

Alright, you guys are always so helpfull on my other questions, here's another one. The fuel tanks (chevy saddle style) have almost 11 year old gas in them. I know for a fact one has water in it. The truck will fire and run on the other one but pretty rough. Is there a procuct of process that I can use to clean out any moisture, rust etc.. after I pull the tanks our? I want to make sure that they get good and clean so I'm not fighting clogged injectors all of the time.

A shop by my work (havliks radiator) cleans and reseals tanks. He has a tank he drops em in to clean em out and then uses some **** inside to seal it all up. Hes done quite a few of em. Located in totem lake so it may be a bit of a drive for ya.
