Questions about converting auto to 5 speed

I have a 85 4 runner with the auto trans.
I Just bought a W-56 5 speed with dual cases all the pedals, slave, lines, clutch, flywheel and shifters. Still need to get a cross member.

Other than the obvious R&R of parts, what else will need to be changed?
Computer, EFI, wiring?

You need to find the neutral start switch wires and connect them together or it won't start. Bigdog just did this and may remember what colors the wires were. On my 3rd gen they were black and black w/ white trace..................
