I wonder who actually reads them. Furthermore, I wonder if I will be getting any kind of response, since there was no option to receive directed feedback based on my concerns expressed in the comments section, there was just an area to receive updates via email if you provide one.
Or if the comments off survey monkey get circular filed.

Done. They probably read them, the DNR is pretty good about responding to emails. It takes a few days but Mark Mauren, the Program Director that writes the monthly status emails, usually writes back and answers questions about funding and what is going on in the various areas.
