Retreads ....

Hardline Crawlers - Rock Bouncer Builds, Tech & Off-Road Trail Talk

Help Support Hardline Crawlers:

No experience, but if they had some of those BFG MT lookin tires in the 33-35" flavor, I don't think I would ever buy a regular tire again for my wheeler, that is so cheap.

I'm thinking of some of those for the samurai when the time is right **** it's not gonna see the road much

I'd be more apt to use them on a street rig than a wheeler. Recaps really hate being run at low pressure. Either way, if money was holding me back I'd rather buy good used quality tires for a wheeler than "new" retreads at the same price. Especially if you're not putting a bunch of miles on it, some cheap 70% tires would last a long time.

My dad ran retread snow tires when I was a kid and I can remember them coming apart (the tread coming off/seperating at low pressure.
