Wide Open Design introduces our CAD Designed fully boxed sheet metal a-arms for the Polaris RZR S and 4 seater models.
These arms are laser cut for accuracy and precision, then jigged in house at Wide Open Design for welding.
The arms feature 1/8" material throughout with internal bracing to handle any abuse you can throw at them. The arms bolt direclty into the stock locations without any modifications.
The leading edge of the front lower A-Arms are angled to assist in sliding over stumps, logs and rocks encountered in the woods. With all the strength we've built in these, the arms only weigh 4 lbs more a piece!
All arms are powder coated sparkle silver. We supply cushion clamps for retaining the brake lines.
