Could let it go cheaper minus the tires and wheels or possibly with a different set of tires and wheels.

looks like none.

Pretty common in yota/zuki land. As long as it's in 4wd (and locked diffs) the front brakes will lock up all 4 tires minus drivetrain backlash.
