I bought a 1991 yj a few months ago and picked up a shackle reversal kit should I install it or sell it.Are they good or bad ????

I like mine. did it on the CJ and the same now on the flatty. Handles dirt roads much better. (gets rid of bump steer)

Good and bad. On road handling is better except for stopping, reversal tends to have more brake dive. In a jeep you normally need more available slip in the front driveline than with the shackle up front and could run into issues with the tires contacting the fenders as the axle moves back on compression.

I have wheeled my jeeps both ways. Offroad, I like my yj with the shacles up front. The cj7 with the reversal was a lot nicer to drive down the roads though.
