Coil springs are mainly for holding up vehicle body/chassis weight. Dropping 25 lbs in spring won't help you fix the bouncy.

I'd be willing to bet rebound is your issue.

Every rig is different.. I run Fox 2.0 coilovers in my buggy. Rebound is #30.

Don't be afraid to make a big jump in valving. It's ok to go too far. Big changes are easier to feel. Dial it in from there.
