A buddy of mine just had his suzuki sidekick sas. He is running toyota axles with the stock 4.10s and 35s. Obviously a gear reduction is a must.He is wanting to just get a reduction kit for the transfercase, but if anyone has ideas or ran a duel case set up, ears open. What is the lowest transfer case gear reduction on the market and who makes it? thanks

Rock4x fab makes a doubler to mate a sami case behind the track/kick case. Pretty slick setup but you have to send him the kick case for modification.

If you used a Sami case behind a Kick case wouldn't it have a offset rear. Having an offset flange with a centered Toy axle sucks, I have a Sami case now and there is a lot of vibration at higher speeds. At trail speeds I don't notice any vibration though.
