SM420 with Dana300 adapter

I don't do a lot of parts bartering or selling. I have an SM420 trans with the bellhousing to go to a 5.3 with a Novak Adapters dana300 adapter. What would be a fair price for this setup? I see the trans go for $150 bucks or so. The adapter is around $500. I had this in my CJ5 with very few trail miles. I bought the jeep from another guy on this forum and it was a pretty fresh build. I'm going to swap a th400. I can't comfortably drive it with the limited seat space and the manual.
Does $400 sound fair for the bellhousing, SM420, and adapter for a dana300?
