SOLD
It pains me to do this but my Jeep is for sale. I've driven it since age 14 and I'm 33 now. A lot of good memories. It's time to get a more family of 5 friendly crawler so we can make new memories together.
Parts:
258ci straight six 80k or so original miles. This motor is reliable.
T-4 standard transmission
Dana 300 transfer case
Jeep width Dana 60 rear custom built by Currie Enterprises; 35 spline shafts, Detroit locker 4.56:1
Scout II front Dana 44; EZ locker 4.56:1 gears, Warn lockout hubs
Heavy differential covers at both ends
The axles keep it narrow enough to drive in the Ozarks and be able to turn without acting like Austin Powers in a golf cart. It is still very stable. Don't be fooled by full-width is mandatory to be a true crawler. Those guys spend more time navigating and less time driving over stuff.
35"x14.5" TSL Super Swamper SSR tires wrapped on 15" steel beadlock wheels
Fully caged to frame
Standard features include:
Rockrash
dents
scratches
cut fenders
character
zero rust through
If you don't like the character, you don't need a CJ7. You need a Jeep Compass or maybe one of those new 2015 Cherokees.
$4,250 in Bentonville, AR
Clean ***le in hand. Bring me cash and start wheeling today. It's ready to go.
1982 AMC Jeep CJ7 Rockcrawler
