Need to have this sold before I close on my new house

**New cash price $11,900 if bought by saturday 08/02/14** in the process of buying a home and need this gone.

2003 36' KZ Sportsman toyhauler 5th wheel camper
Garage is approximately 8'wide x 10' long
2 slideouts, 1 in living area and 1 in master bedroom.
Pull out couch bed
Dinnette folds into bed
Sleeps 6 comfortably plus room for an air mattress in the garage.
We slept 8 adults and 2 children all weekend a few weeks back.
New tires
New gas regulator
Propane bottles are pretty much full
Camper is ready to hook up and be used.
Would consider delivering for a small fee after purchase.
Bank holds the ***le in house so if bought it would have to be during bank hours to release the ***le that day.
Just spent a week in Louisiana in the camper. Everything is working good and ready for summer!

Yeah I do. Have 1 couple trying to work out a trade deal but would rather just sale. I have a contract on my house and just signed a contract on a new house. Need the cash to put towards a Shop at the new house.
