Truck is in really good condition. A few small dings, but everything works great. This truck tows my rig without any issues at all.
The big 496 gas engine sucks for fuel mileage, at 9mpg towing and 13mpg highway, but its half the price of a durmax truck.

Damn that's a steal! That engine doesn't get any better than my 6.0L gas burning 2500HD does...actually a little better...11.5 not towing and between 8 and 9 towing.

The NADA shows $12,600 Retail, $11,500 is a fair price I think.
My other truck is 2500 hd 6.0, I havent driven it enough to know the mpg... The red one has a super chips flash paq also.

I've got about $19k in mine

It's an 06 crew cab gmc 4x4 6.0L 2500HD SLE package..just hit 100k miles, but in immaculate shape inside and out. I wish I had something like this truck with alot less money in it, but still nice and serves the same purpose. Maybe one day I can make myself sell it and find something cheaper....I just love it too much even despite the fuel mileage. My prime vehicle package would be a truck like this one and an Infinity G35 coupe ;D Instead of the truck I have now and a Saturn L200 for cheap gas mileage molaugh

Damn right! I love my little Saturn, it squeezes out about 28 mpg... good getting almost triple what my truck gets lol.

The civic gets 38mpg.
I may keep this truck and sell the 6.0.

Got a question, are the 8.1's acutally 496 ci big block motors? I was thinking they were 502 ci big blocks. Just curious. Truck looks clean! Free bump!

Some people say 454 and some say 502, but paper work says 496ci.

Hmm, interesting....guess it's kinda like most ppl think the 5.3's that come in half ton GM vehicles are 327's when I think they are acutally 323 ci. Oh well, just had me wondering so I figured I'd ask lol. Truck shouldn't last long at that price, damn good deal on a tow pig :****:

The 8.1 is 496 cubic inches of gas drankin stump pullin beast fo sho! I worked at a chevy store when these bad boys came out! always wanted chevy to bring back the reg cab ss truck with this ***** in it!
