This is a custom made toy hauler for rock crawlers or other big off road vehicles. It is a 36 foot goose neck McElrath Trailer with a 2007 Lance 861 mounted on it. You have 24' of space for a vehicle on the back of the trailer. The Lance 861 comes with 36 GAL of water, 40 LBS of propane, and 0.17 cubic meters refrigerator/freezer. What we have done is add
Additional 80 GAL fresh
40 GAL gray
40 black
50 LBS of propane
95 GAL gas tank with 20 gallon per minute dispenser
Cummins Onan Micro Quiet 4000 generator (147 hours) connected to 95 gallon tank (uses about a gallon every two hours with AC on)
20 gallon air compressor with hose
It has a removable work table that goes on the back deck and is stored under the trailer
Tons of storage for all of your gear
8 shackles on the deck to secure your vehicle
Dove tail can also be raised for an additional 4 feet of flat surface
2X8 foot aluminum ramps
Large truck tool box on deck for additional storage
3X 7000 lbs TORCFLEX independent axles each with brakes
Electric jacks
Camper-
1 slide out (dining area)
King size bed
14 inch Flat screen TV on swivel to be viewed from anywhere within the camper
AM/FM/CD/DVD player and satellite receiver
4 indoor speakers, 2 outdoor speakers independently selectable
Micro wave
Three burner stove with oven (propane)
Large bathroom with shower
4X sky lights 2X ceiling exhaust fans
All instruction manuals present
