i have a 1988 samurai that i completely new.i have redone almost every aspect of this thing. the only thing i havent replaced is the frame and body. this thing only has one ride on it since I've had it finished. the only thing it likes is the body paint, which i have and just haven't made it around to painting it but if anyone wants it i will get it painted right up. bars are already painted. also has a ***le
Drive terrain:
Front- toyota with 4:10's i have completely went through this axle replacing all seals
Rear: toyota with 4:10's i have also went completely through it replacing everything
Motor- 2.3 ford with holly 350
Transmission-ford ranger
Transfercase-samurai case with 6.4.1 gears brand new
Has leafs all the way around
Tires-36" iroks with 90% on plain toyota wheels
Other:
brand new orbital value
brand new hydraulic ram
brand new kirkey seats
radio and speakers
Autometer gauges
8000lb winch new
afco shocks in front
2" wheel spacers also new
grant steering wheel
custom drive shafts
flip switch and push to start
took it to summer town last weekend and walked up every trail i went to which also was the first time it has been out
