Wheels - 17 cast aluminum Racelines / 4" back spacing / the rings are aluminum, they were painted by the previous owner but it is wearing off now. The wheels could use a good cleaning or polishing

Tires - I would say the tires are 75% with normal rock rash and some chunking. One tire has a plug in the middle ( not on sidewall ). There are 2 that will leak down some over a long period of time but don't go flat, I'm sure just leaking around the rings.

Sure, I would separate them but need to arrive at the same price in the end

I don't want to take the tires off until both are sold for sure
