One of my dads good friends retired from the DOT and used to clear snow up there... when I was little we got to go up with him and see it all first hand and ride in some of the equipment. It is a pretty amazing setup that they had going, and that was 20+ years ago.

just looked at all the pics and they sure are cool. Hard to imagine just how much snow is really sitting there covering the roads.
