408 isn't that just .040 over bore and not a stroker using a 400 block? If it is a 400 block and stroked it should be more than 408 inches.

Thanks for the report to the moderator. But, if you know hardline, you could have just posted it here and saved me the copy/paste.

Thanks John for clearing up my question you are correct. I am just trying to figure out what the Stroke is on the motor. This thing would make my buggy get on up :****:
Is this a 4 bolt or 2 bolt main block. Just for the record I never said it wasn't what you say it is I was just trying to make sure what it is. I have a really small radiator on my buggy and if it is .040 over I will never keep it cool but if standard I can and $6000 is a lot of money for me to spend and not be able to use. Never said it wasn't what you say but you do not mention the bore.
