super 8 rockcrawler with rear coil conversion

just started tonight on my buddys 99 xj. took about 3 1/2 weeks for the lift to be built. he found a 44 out of an 87 for the rear, going to use the stock 30 for now with some hardened shafts.
isnt it cute?

rear out, front almost ready to come out

new truss welded on the rear for the 4 link

stock front coils on the left, new front coils, new rear coilovers

Hey kyle.

Are you planning on doing more work to that truss? because thats going to fail--seen it happen a few times. you need to give it something in the center...

that truss is strong enough for a semi,,, but its gonna snap off the axle

I like the truss's BTF makes. It's tied in with the diff gaurd/cover.
