Not exactly a cruise but with some carnage to a trailer yes you can, I just did it Sunday.. Depending on where you break down at too. If you break down on the south loop, your kinda hosed unless someone pulls you out. right now the only way to the south loop is one of the old trails by 3 hills gate or if you have a key to the gate.
