Hey guys, so I went up to Tahuya right before april to do a 454 quad get to getha and there wasnt any logging.

BUT my girlfriend has been going a few times real recenntly with her rigs and found out they are logging around the 4x4 loop. I also noticed when I was there that spillman camp was closed.

Just wanna know how much logging they are doing and when it will stop and if spillman will open cause it will be packed without spillman.

I looked around on the forum to find an answer but I couldnt find it so im posting here. Thanks yall :awesomework:

logging should be done soon. as for the campgrounds they are closed accept for the 3 main summer holidays, and the horse camp by res. only. they are not logging all of tahuya, just the area between mud lake and the rock pile area. hope this helps. there is still camping at the staging area.

I asked a volunteer when I was there why spillman was closed cause I remember it being open every weekend when I went and he said cause they were broke.....? And thanks super, I kinda figured that much. Hope they open spillman on regular weekends, finding a spot in the staging area with my motorhome trailer and truck might be a little impossible
