Landpiratesoffroad headed out to Tahuya with Members of the Quadrapaws to have a fun run on the trails. Last month it was a dust bowl, this month it was filled with water. Not 100% filled yet of course but at least the dust has left for the year and Mud Lake is at least filling up.
We played a bit on Yellow Jacket taking the 4-Runner up and down it. Two other members of NW-Wheelers were out there having fun in their Toyotas as well. We have posted photos on Face book for anyone who is interested to check out!

Facebook.com and on Facebook Trail photos.com

The link will take you to the photo gallery, just scroll down to see the photos. Some interesting shots of a really fun day!

We are looking forward to the night trail run near the end of the month!

Night wheeling and riding on all DNR land is illegal.:awesomework:

It's just not inforced in all places.

It's enforced in Tahuya, I've turned around about a dozen rigs in the first 1/3 of this year.

You just never know when "we" are going to be out there.

Quadrapaws and the Forest Management (what ever they are called now) are putting on the run. It happens once a year only.

You can check out the information at http://home.comcast.net/~quadrapaws/ on the event calender. It is on the 29th of this month.

We (Land Pirates Off Road) were planning on being there but we are headed south to go short VORRA course racing instead in Prairie, California.

It is a great event so if anyone can make it contact Quadrapaws for more information.
