Just call ORD they don't have a production set. The guy on the phone said he has to talk to his shifter guy and see what can be done.
I have a couple options. Lock it in low cause its a trailer queen (not liking this at all)
Air shifters or sticks and custom brackets for the pivot.
I am heavily leaning towards the twin stick and pivot just to keep this simple.
I have cable shifter on my 231/300 setup, they work fine but feel like spongy brakes when in a bind.
