The Bamster F**ks up the oath of office

Hardline Crawlers - Rock Bouncer Builds, Tech & Off-Road Trail Talk

Help Support Hardline Crawlers:

Yeah, freedom and civil liberties are so overrated.

Now where's my "free" health care?

Don't try and read too much into my post. It's all about priorities. Do I want everyone to be free to do what they want (unless it infringes upon the rights and freedoms of others)? Hell yes!

Would I support a surefire way to fix the health care system if it required me to give up driving through the woods in my Jeep? Absolutely! (That's just an oversimplified example to make point, don't read anything extra into that either)

It was asked how anyone on the board could vote for someone who didn't support wheeling (Not that there is any reason to believe that he has ANY opinion on the matter).

My point is, we have about a thousand other things to be spending our time and energy on than that.

Were you so concerned with freedoms and civil liberties under the previous administration as well?

:haha::haha::haha:

go kiss some ass for a job.

It's working! It's working! Just got a small side job yeehaw!!!! Thanks you o mista Obama. Now I can pay the taxes I owe so we can bail out the rich banker ****heads.......

Yes, I was. I don't like some of the privacy issues that Bush breached. But I don't expect Obama to do a damn thing about them.

I do, however, suspect that under Obama's adminstration radical environmentalists will seek and succeed in some degree to further restrict access to public lands and infringe on a second amendment rights much as they did during Clinton's administration.

I'll take what liberty I have left to assume that you disagree with Benjamin Franklin's statement about trading liberty for security.

They may be the loudest, but they still aren't the majority. We have had to fight before this president and people will still fight. You guys seriously act like this guy is out to get you and that all presidents before have been saints.

I suppose I could just as easilly say that you seriously act like this guy is a saint and that all Presidents before have been out to get us.

Would that be accurate?

nope, I don't need to defend the guy as much as you like to complain about him. I just have more hope that someone could do good instead of evil.

Do you really think I would go on and on like the rest of you if McCain was chosen? I wouldn't care, what's done is done and now you should hope for the best.

You seem to be taking quite a bit of liberty with some of these assumptions you are making.

I often quote that line to people who think things like the Patriot Act and the absurd security requirements at the airport are in the best interest of our Country. I'm not sure what (il)logical leap lead you to think I was implying anything about trading liberty for security.

I was simply stating that in the grand scheme of things worrying about whether or not I might lose access to public lands for recreation was lower on my priority list of possible things that could happen. There are many more other things that the new president will be trying to fix and I will be just as pissed as you will be if these are the kind of things they try to do, if only for the waste if time it will be.

Dude, seriously :shaking:

It isnt my sticker. I just posted what I saw. Relax already.

Barry's a marxist socialist. What exactly am I supposed to be happy about?
I have a poli sci degree. I've read Marx and Lennon. If you had you'd understand where the Bamster wants to take this nation.

I for one am not going to make it easy for him to do that.

I didn't watch the speech or any of the inauguration, I really didn't want to see any more smoke and mirrors. I did watch a little bit of the celebration that was televised tonight and it is just completely over the top racial. It's pretty sickening to watch. I just hope it's not four years of this crap.

What do you think would be said IF 98% of white people voted for McCain?
Im pretty sure racism would be screamed everywhere continuously by blacks and the communist democrat left.

So, what should we call it that 98% of black people voted for the Bamster?
If we endeavor to be consistent and not hypocritical then we'd have to say that
blacks were/are whatever racist during this election.

Just a thought.
