UNIONTOWN, Pa. (AP) -- A youth baseball coach accused of offering an 8-year-old money to bean an autistic teammate so he couldn't play was sentenced Thursday to one to six years in prison.

He needs to be put in prision for a long time and have the guards bean him once a day.

Having 2, now Highschool age boys that played club soccer for 5 years...nothing shocks me anymore.

Some people just shouldn't be allowed to reproduce..

It's sad now a days. When I was working at the awards shop, I've heard ALL kinds of stories where the parents are MORE competive than their kids were and be down right ruthless about it so this story DOES NOT surprise me. :wtf: IS WRONG with our society!:mad:

Simple, this is what our "kinder, gentler nation" has been reduced to by fast food, slow cars, debit cards, cell phones, cigars. etc etc etc.

The worst part is, we live in a world where the word of an 8 or 9 year old is that easily taken as gospel.......

Whats really sad is people assume things 1st, like the masses....

I worked for special ed kid's... when i was young, and the most important thing I found in doing that... was MOST of them are as normal as us, they just have deformed faces or speech difficulties... and once you take a moment to actually pause & listen to them / get to know them...

It's a real eye opener, even for the ones that do suffer from major issues, they are still human and function, it really shocked the hell outta me at such a young age, and being raised by my grand parents, life was presented to me w/ alot more respect than most.

I feel sad for alot of people in our society, that are judged because they speak a different language or look different because of race... or are put in a catagory that others "feel" they belong better there.

Special Ed - people are No different from MOST stroke victims...
when that happens to someone you know, it WAKES you up to a different world of respect and thinking, a whole new "LOOK" on life.

Give others a chance, and respect your fellow man / woman, as if they were your own kid or mom or dad, etc. and that Coach is just uneducated. hopefully he learns the finer things in life about Prison Sex!

Very true, however you also have the ones like a daughter of an ex gf of my Father.

Born with CF as a complication of childbirth (the suit made the family (her and her ex and her ex's new wife) very happy)

This sadistic little piece of work told one of her teachers that her eye and cheek got scratched when my father "hit her"

First we knew of it was when CSD and the copsshowed up to take the kids and haul my dad off to jail, had one of her brothers not dissobeyd bedtime and snuck down the hall, heard what was going on, and stepped up to say that she got injured when him and her other brother pushed her off the bed and her face hit the corner of the bunkbed post Dad would have been arrested, no ifs ands or buts, all on the word of a coniving little ***** that to this day plays everyone around her like a piano. Her reply when CSD asked her why she lied about my Dad. "Hee hee hee, because I thought he'd go to jail hah hah hah snicker snicker snicker"

She was 6

I give everyone the benefit of the doubt as far as humanly possible, but in my case I not only assume that dissabled people are less worthy or human than those of us that are "normal" I almost assume that they are generally almost insanely intelligent, and in many cases sadly, very very vindictive and conniving because they can get away with it due to people assuming that they don't know any better.

Sucks if he did it, but lets all remember that we once were kids. We know first hand just how sneaky we could be lol.
