I saw a couple of those for sale down here in portland. They werent at a dealership though.

In China they (same style) were all over, Suzuki, Honda, ... make them. To my knowledge they have never been imported as a "new vehicle".
You could get them used, most (if not all) states do not allow them to be used on roads. Some big companies in WA state have some that are the same basic style (differant man.). The last time I was on the back roads to my father inlaws I spyed one (suzuki I think) on the side of the road. Also when I took my daughter over to WSU one of the small towns had a dealer ship for them. Once in a while you will see them on CL. I also heard the US was making it tuffer to import.
