How much wieght is it rated to haul in the cargo area?

It has 6 lug 5200 axles

It comes with a huge stack of papers. It weighs 5100lbs and max reccomended weight of 7700lbs so it can haul 2600lbs. I think they do it that was so there's a huge safety margin, because the only weight limitation is the axles and they can haul 10,400.

The cargo area is 15 ' 6" long between the rear door and the stove
