whats the length of a land cruiser rear axle assembly? are 4.10 the most common randp?

Which Land Cruiser?

FJ40 is roughly 55" between mounting surfaces I think. '78 and older had 4.11, '79 and newer had 3.73.

FJ60/FJ62 is about 3" wider. FJ60 ('81-87) had 3.73. FJ62 ('88-90) had 4.11.

I don't recall the widths for 80-series, but they all had 4.11s.

Hi All:

Yep, the off-set is to the right-side of the truck.

The only exception to this rule is some real early (1958-62 ?) FJ25/40 rear axles that had centered diffs.
