I made the ears oval shaped coming out of the back of my transfer case, though the splines are still good. Anyone near Cullman, AL that has a stock unit, let me know. Or, if you are willing to ship one, let me know. Total length was just under 11 inches I believe (minus the ujoint and flange) the splines themselves were 6.5 inches. I would post up a picture, but I broke the ever living junk out of my phone.

Head is 14mm, but not certain on threads. I can check tomorrow evening. Prepping for another hospital day tomorrow.

Ok that's all I needed to know.

The old style shafts had smaller bolts (12mm head), but most people "upgrade" to later style shafts.

A whole driveshaft at the pull n save is about $15, I can send you one if you can't find one local.

Finding one isn't as big of a deal as finding time at this point. I lost two employees in a week and I ended up working all their shifts. Then, I have to train at minimum 2 folks to take over their shifts. Pick a number of what it is worth and ship me one and I'll send you some cash, beer, cash and beer?
