anyone running a radiator in the back of a toyota buggy? i would like to run one in the rear of my buggy but couldnt get it to "burp" completly.
i parked it on a steep incline (nose down) to fill the system. ran it for couple months. constantly ran hot, boiled over. kept trying and finally
put rad back in front. is the water pump just too weak? any help will be appreciated.

My Buggy did the same thing after blowing a hose and refilling. The trick I found is to remove the thermostat housing and fill the radiator until it runs out of the engine block. If you can pull the water pump belt and turn the pulley by hand you can get most of the air out.

thanks for the replys guys. this should help tremendously. i have cut off all my cage and am starting to build back, from a 5 seater to a two seater. really wanted radiator in the rear to change the shape
of the buggy more. trying not to be soooo square.
