Same basis a Chevy/GMC with Z71 OFF ROAD package sticker.
I think that means its got some janky skid plate and some bilstein shocks. Maybe some other doo-dad but nothing game changing like a lift, diff lock, low gearing.
That, and it's cheaper to mass produce a badge/sticker than use actual parts. A locking diff doesn't really draw the eye to a vehicle like a flashy odd font/bright placement of a 2$ sticker.

Yea they did...they just called it a swaybar, tiebar or drag link.
