Hi guys !

I have a TH350 that needs to be freshened up and a manual VB installed. It's already out of the vehicle, as a mater of a fact, I bought it of Hardline and now a buddy in France wants it.

Since it's not going to be a race build, I just need to find a reliable builder to drop it to. No need for expensive PTC stuff.

Pholmann assures me any decent builder should be capable of handling that but I'm asking for specific names or companies that have been good to you in the past.

Thanks guys !

Or, spend the PTC money and be happy forever :p

Seriously though, make sure they put engine braking on that beast

Stacey Williams in Claxton is the only one I would recommend.

PTC built me a th400 & torque converter and had great pricing. Made a huge difference in the way my jeep performed.

I did the whole looking around for a cheaper option on rebuilding my TH350 as well. Finally called up PTC and was extremely surprised at how low the price was compared to other "big name" transmission shops. It even included the valve body of my choice for the same price.

Wont hurt anything to call and get a price. Worst case you use that as a comparison price to other shops.
