Valve Cover Breather/Catch can/Oil fill

After my new motor, I just threw some cheap breather caps on the valve covers. She smokes a little bit. Looking around and searching for parts figured I would ask here. What else is everyone using? Breather cap-->hose-->catch can or AN fitting from valve cover to catch can. How do you fill oil without talking all that **** off every time? Motor is a 496 BBC in case it matters.

I had some 6 an males welded to my valve covers then ran the hoses to one of the cans enzo sells.

I think they are great for that application in particular. What Kevin has done is exactly what I plan to do with my engine too.
