Our customers have been asking for it for a year, and we finally released a tubing notcher. The VersaNotcher requires no assembly, and has all the features you guys need at a price you can afford.

It doesn't look like any other notcher because it isn't like any other notcher. The VersaNotcher has pivot bearings on both sides of the joint between the vise and bearing block. No other notcher currently on the market has this feature. Double pivot supports reduce vibration the same way putting a bolt in double shear increases joint strength.

Vise interface: One hand lockable quick release handle mounted to an ergonomic hand grip wheel.
Vise type: True ACME lead screw with bronze thrust washer for long life and reduced friction.

Hole saws: accepts standard hole saws on standard arbors (none are included).

The VersaNotcher accepts most common hex drive hole saw arbors like Milwalkee. They are locked in with 6 set screws for a rock-solid clamp. We don't see the point in buying hole saw arbors that are long, expensive, and have extra features we don't use for notching, like a pilot drill. For these reasons, we developed our own hole saw arbors...

Our 416 stainless steel shafts are tough, and universal. With SIX 1/4" set screws, they can clamp, center, and align nearly any hole saw arbor.

Here is why we designed our own proprietary arbors. It wasn't just to save you money. Look how much wasted length other arbors have. This is extra space you need to have in your notcher, which adds cost and increases vibration!

We have plenty in stock. At $8 each or 3/$20, you won't find a more economical or high-performance way to mount your hole saws. These only work in our shafts. If your notcher isn't a VersaNotcher but uses a 1" shaft, and you will want the quick change and alignment of our arbors, you can buy one of our shafts with set screws for $59.
