Looking to buy a toy hauler camper 12.5ft garage or larger fifth wheel preferred been looking at new and used anyone got anything?

Do you have an overall length preference?

Have some friends that just put their 40+ foot 5th wheel toy hauler for sale around $20k so not sure if it’s too big or too pricey.
