Instead of starting a new thread let me ax you this, with rockwells is there a better choice between the 16.5 or 17 rims? Either price wise, strength, availability....

Not sure if a rockwell pattern changes this, but generally 16.5s don't have the inner safety bead, so that has to be addressed, as well as your typical beadlock (unless you go double beadlock).
Recentered h1 wheels cheap,tough, easy to break down, they don't leak down, don't cut beads, and they are double beadlocks down side is there isn't as many tire choices as a 17 but 17's also have a small safety bead so they tend to burp air at low pressure

Sounds like twf is getting closer to making their 17" h1 wheel. Depending on the price I might consider selling my spyderlocks for those.
