I'm sure everyone here could rattle off for a half hr about who they got screwed over by. Lets try leaving all that BS out and tell who you have had good experiences and service with.

But I can't help myself on this one, its personal :flipoff1:

Although I havent done any business with him, Mike at bentandtwisted has supported the boards here like crazy and taken care of a wheel issue for BamaTJ that no one else would get handled, That speaks volumes to me, and I'll surely send him business for that simple fact alone.

Don Davis at Sniper Fab Works, L.L.C. is a stand up guy, he also makes some of my very cool tabs and brackets, I would send my own mother to him thumb.gif

And thank you for the props! We will always do what we can for the customer, with out them we are nothing.

Mike at Bent and Twisted can get you anything. He is hungry and will make it happen.

Polyperformance has always been spot-on for me. I use them for a ton of stuff for buggy's and my Rhino.

Branik Motorsports did a fantastic job for me with my links and axles.

Great luck with Rockbuggysupply, I have done 2 Atlas II's from them and they were great.

Machinewave kicked all asses on my last Atlas by a mile. Took a long time, but it was AA's deal, not theirs.

Longfield is awesome.

PSC is really hands on. I have been real happy with the service in the past.

EOR has always done me right.

I know I am missing some, but off the top of my head these are some I would recommend.

I have to give big props to both of our main vendors on this forum, Mike @ Bent&Twisted and Ken @ KORE4x4. Mike got me a set of locks for a hell of a price in 1.5 weeks shipped to my door from Washington. Hell Shaeffer's has not even credited my money back for the cancelled WE order in that time. Ken has helped me out with tabs, fuel cell brackets, and now a Spider 9 rear axle for the buggy project.

I have also had good luck with Machinewave (aka Sunfire Offroad) from Pirate4x4. Poly Performace is always good and they have tons in stock and ship quick. PSC is a no brainer for all steering related stuff, they are the best in their biz. I believe that is about where my list ends for online vendors. Keith @ the ORC has always been good to me locally when I need something quick.

Longfield is great, Great Lakes offroad has done me well, Machinewave is awesome on pricing and delivery , Sky Manufacturing has done some knuckles and steering stuff for me back in the day and did great, Like Trail Gear but that is second hand through CheapJ7 experience's , Dan at RuffStuf has treated me real well and Im just a new customer to him, If you want a product thats 100% what it claims to be and beatiful its hard to beat BTF, although sometimes demand seems to slow them down , Poly Performance has always been spot on for me as well , Alloy USA is a great company from a dealer stand point, they stand by thier product and are easy to contact and talk with, Im sure there's many many more that do the best they can, its a niche market and most shops are small enough that the extra time and personal touches make all the difference in the world .

The great:
Polyperformance: Always ships fast and I got good tech from them when I was new to air shocks.
expertoffroad.com: I bought heim joints from them. They were great on the phone and the shipped fast.
budbuilt: Nicest guy you'll ever meet and he builds quality stuff for a good price.
slowandold (pirate vendor): best prices and quick shipping on SAWs
ruff stuff specialties: Fast shipping, quality product, answers his phone and knows our sport.
Sniper fab: Fast shipping, happy to do custom work, answers his phone and knows our sport.
Scott at Rock Stomper: Spent a lot of time with me on the phone and obviously knows his stuff. I buy from him just about anytime he sells what I need because I like to support him.

The not so great:
POS: Really really nice guy on the phone and he knows his steering tech but it took months to get me a pump and every week I called only to hear, "It should be there next week."
DC4WD: I keep buying from him because his prices are great but 2 out of my 3 orders have been screwed up. One time I left about 3 messages over the course of a week because it was taking so long (he doesn't answer his phone) and when he called he actually yelled at me and was all pissed off. He was more friendly when he realized my order was late because it was a post it note lost under a sea of unorganized papers.
Summit Machine: He told me he would have my heim joint to me in 2 weeks. I called a few days before it was supposed to ship to make sure everything was on track. It wasn't so he rushed to get it to me on time and tried to stick me with a super high shipping cost (overnighted at $60 IIRC). In th end we split the shipping at $30 each but I still feel like it should of been $15 (original shipping quote) because he was the guy that missed his shipped date. If my payment is on time your parts should be on time. If you screw up you eat the cost to make it right.

The ugly:
I've never had a USA6x6 style horror story so I wouldn't list any of them here.

I have had nothing but exceptional service from:

Machinewave
PRP
PSC Motorsports
DC4WD
GreatLakes Offroad (8 out of 10)
Summit
High Angle Driveline
PolyPerformance
Longfield

Ive gotten good service from DC4WD too, his prices are unreal.. bought the 4.1kit for my D300 , a Yoke and rear output upgrade from him for the buggy... forgot that one too.

USA6x6 HAHAHAH, dont get me started on Daniel, that guy is a lyin POS bastard, but I have to thank him because he was the sole reason back in the day I went out and sourced hummer wheels and made a good bit of money in one summer selling them on PBB. The guy he was getting them from in KC, just so happened to be the same guy I got hooked up with ( and later got Blacksheep hooked up with ) The KC connection had nothing but bad words for Daniel, in fact he was more then happy to sell me his inventory and not deal with Daniel at all. Told me Daniel owed him several thousand dollars at the time too.

I am glad this thread was started, because it gives us a good venue to share experiences with vendors and not have them delted by the "man", like on PBB. I am going to move this to the vendors forum and make it a sticky.

Dunno if you'd ever need their product but I've dealt with Strutmasters on a couple occasions and I really don't think I've ever talked to friendlier vendors on the phone. I'm not even sure what all they carry but you might check them out on shocks and such. My dealings have been on their coilspring conversion kits for vehicles with factory air ride systems. If any of you have daily drivers such as Expeditions etc... and have trouble with the air ride suspension these guys have a economical and easy solution. www.strutmasters.com

Stazworks, copperhead fab, ebay ;D I could have bought a nice crawler with the money I've spent on this rebuild and I have had very few people be good on their word and service. I could ***** for hours about alot of them but Its good to hear of some striaght vendors.

Yeah Summit rocks, getting parts next day is sweet!

I just ordered some stuff from sunfire off road and it was at my door with the quickness. Don't forget McMaster Carr.

Another small vendor is Truck Supply and Outfitters in Tuscaloosa. They can get you any parts you need for your Warn Winch. They are one of the Biggest Red label dealers in the U.S.
