I originally posted this message and it was closed because of the pot stirring. The person in DNR I have been speaking with is Randy Acker. He was not at the meeting but is the boss of all the DNR people that were. He does not feel that we have damaged YOUR relationship with DNR. I am sure my relationship with Nancy it ruined. BUT NOT YOURS. All of you clearly have a opportunity to get involved with the park and show Nancy your support.
Randy Acker likes a lot of your ideas. He understands our sport. He wants to see the park stay challenging and he wants to see the park and Nancy succeed.
WE ACCOMPLISHED WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO. They understand our concerns and realize that a lot of you care about the trail system. Now we need to do what is needed. We need to support Nancy by showing up to work parties and spreading the word that DNR wants to help.
I did my best to try to save what I loved. I'm still Trying to do that. I hope that you all can see that I am only trying to help our situation. You have a clear opportunity at Elbe Hills with Nancy Barker. Please give her the support she needs.
I do not plan on staying on the political end of this any longer. Its up to all of you to step up and make a difference. This is a clear opportunity for everyone.
Please I ask all of you that like to stir the pot, this is not a Band Aid. This is attempt to get everyone to work together for the same goal. You guys that like to stir the pot and sit on the other side of the fence have a clear opportunity to lead this in a positive direction. I am hoping you can step up and set your anger aside and do that. This is a clear opportunity for our sport and our Association.

Elbe Hills Orv Park Update
I want to thank everyone for coming to the last focus meeting.
A lot of good has come from it and a lot has happened since the meeting.
One thing I have found out is that NANCY BARKER is not our enemy.
She is actually committed to bringing the park to a level that will provide the best possible experience to everyone.
Dnr has stated that they want to encourage people to be involved in meetings and work parties.
Since the meeting there has been some really good ideas and suggestions that could bring solutions to the problems with The Busy Wild trail.
I have had a lot of communication with upper level Management of DNR and have been educated as to how things work.
I recognize that DNR has a difficult road ahead trying to figure out how to provide a safe and pleasant and challenging experience for all of us and also deal with the environmental and resource impacts of our sport.
I now believe that Nancy Barker is doing her very best for all of us.
The last couple of months I did my very best to get a lot of people to show up and fight DNR to stop the Wheel base restriction.
Dnr saw that a lot of you also cared about the busy wild.
After speaking to DNR a lot and learning how things work I suggest we try to work with DNR and Try to build a working Relationship with them. I don
