what's a good fuel enjection set up

Looks like I'm going to have to can the stock ford efi set up because it's so tall (unless I want the hood about eye level... :dunno:

what's a good set up for a 302 Ford that don't break the bank. I'll be looking for a complete system.

also what's a stock explorer mass air efi set up worth with a painless harness, 70mm throttle body?

I have a holley setup. HP EFI cpu with edyy vic jr efi intake/injectors/holley throttle body. Works good.

stay with the ford efi run a 4 barrel intake have it plumb for the fuel rails and injectors then a elbow for ur tb. Thats my plan but putting it on a dodge motor pretty much be the same as a mass-flo system

however unless you go with modified carb intake and use the elbow i dont think you gonna over a couple of inches with most any of the "standard" type injection kits, hell stock is probably one of the lowest and i dont see any gain with the explrer setup either other than performance

Hey Randy, I got the PowerJection III by Professional Products, it only took about 15 minutes to install it and wire it up.
4 wires to hook up and screw in the O2 sensor and your done. Power, ignition, fuel pump, tach wire.
I got to call them tomorrow and order another laptop plug because I lost the one that came with it, so I will ask about a system for your engine. I paid $1800 shipped to my door. If you like the idea of using your current fuel system with a carb style intake and elbow, then I can hook you up with also, a good friend of mine builds turbo cars and he has a custom built elbow and intake set up that works perfect for your set up.

i run them stickie tires too, so your name calling, you dive like Stevie has already been covered by about half the people that's on this board. and I've always had trouble getting my chock set on the carb-u-aters. and now Colt rolled his rig and we find out that if you make the top have a round shape it will always roll back over on it feet, so I'm going to change the style of me cage and tag it the "PUS" just for you. :flipoff1:

U can get the intake for around $300
Im getting a price for the elbow. U will need one that sits lower than this one. This is a 1100 hp turbo 347.
