Who's Truck is This?

There is a thread in Pirate Chit Chat about someone finding an SD card at Mt. Rushmore. It has pictures on it and they guy wants to get them to their owner. He posted a pic of this truck from the SD card. It has WA plates.

I have see that truck, hard to forget it with the hood. Its an east side boy I think. That pic looks like eastern wa and I seen the truck up at the funny rocks area.
