So I have this crazy engineer that has come up with this great idea we need some 2X4X.25 steel bent.

Has anyone seen this done before or know of a shop anywhere in the US that might could do it? I have a print, pc is 53" long total.

Just looking for help or input...

Thanks,
Jason

you're going to have to find a big fab shop and use a plate roller or a big Industrial tube roller I used to work for a big fab and we used a plate roller and bent square tubeing I beams anything if u bend it 2 much it will start 2 kink or do some relief cutting

Depending on the application & strength required, you can definitely "V" notch the tubing in increments to produce a bend or slight roll. This can be done on a tube laser. I've had parts notched out 90 degrees and formed for sharp corners, as well. Or like payne said, find a heavy duty roller to handle that size of tube.
