WTB Warn 8274 winch upper housing.

Looking for a Warn 8274 upper housing. Doesn't have to have gears or bearings. One of mine fell off where I had it setting and cracked/bent the housing so I'm looking for one. All I can find is a new one for $260 Which is about what I paid for the entire winch and more than the last one.
