You aren't too far then, I'm in Chattanooga TN.
I've got some Rubicon Express uppers and lowers and RC control arm drop brackets and a RE track bar. I ran a bit over 6" on this setup without issue. The arms are for 4.5" but will work with a little more or less and the drop brackets with the arms are good to about 8". I'd do 350 for all of it or could separate if need be, really depends on how much lift you plan to run.

how much for the lower control arms? and im mainly needing some 4.5 coils

Don't really want to separate the uppers and lowers and I'd do 250 for all of them. As for coils my buddy is a RE dealer and sells them cheap. http://www.bleeoffroad.com/
