There's nothing sarcastic about pumping 340 rounds into an aircraft fuel storage tank. They say it was really a 50cal mounted on the roof. There just wasn't enough power behind that small of a round to puncture the tank

The tanks were hurricane proof

Seem on the news that they had to sniper shoot a guy that was shooting out of his window for 20 minutes. This guy just happened to live in the same place as the vegas shooter, but they said there was no connection to the two events. But I've only seen that aired one time, seemed fishy

I think just like many scenarios before this one, local law enforcement was hushed and the media doesn't make money on silence.

It very easily becomes a way to push gun control. Luckily for gun grabbers they just need the word gun to make it political.

I bet we don't hear anything more about it, long as we live. Other than the obligatory accidents as the key witnesses disappear.

The whole deal just ****in stinks still. The media has let this story get buried. When I was out for SEMA it was weird as all the locals just refer to it as "the tragedy" and have zero insight on the whole deal. They are as in the dark on the whole thing as the majority of the country. ISIS is still claiming responsibility too. Dubbing him some Al Achmed Aldouchebaggy name and that he had converted to Islam.

Yeah kinda what I was thinking. Idk what to make of it all. The whole non-release of major evidence is crazy. The only evidence that came out was everybody's phone vids and the leaked photos of inside the room he shot from.

not really - there are still tons and tons of articles that come out every week about it...mainstream news sources are just too busy sharing articles about who is offended by who, why Donald ruined Christmas, and who looked at who's butt 15 years ago....


But also, the major non-release of info is perfectly explainable also...there are currently hundreds of lawsuits against MGM, considering that any video recorded on their cameras is private data...why would they EVER share that? It is all certainly being called for evidence in the lawsuits. Sharing that would be "how to get fired from XYZ law firm and never be hired again 101" for any lawyer. Casinos are airtight...this is private data....why would they ever share it? It would do nothing for the public except remind everyone that the worst mass shooting in US history happened from their hotel.

Any important data has certainly been shared with the people who need to know...we, the public, simply aren't in the list of people that need to know at the moment. Thank lawyers and the absurdity of people in this world for that.

58 that were killed were all from gunshot wounds, none from trampling and such. Also over 500 wounded. Supposedly shot around 1100 rds. So with a minimum of 558 people hit with bullets, that's abput 50% success rate at hitting targets.

This one says FBI is to release a report by Oct 1, 2018. I figured the **** would take some time to sort through, but not that long. Said they've interviewed over 400 people worldwide....it seems odd they say worldwide. Also said they have reviewed thousands and thousands of hours of film. No telling what sort of plot twists may arise before this thing is over.

I thought his computer was missing. Unless they found it how do they know what he searched for on the internet? If you notice the footage is looped. But I agree, WAY too much luggage for a straight dude. On that fact alone I say he's guilty.

I'd imagine if singed into Google, it logs **** via their cloud, not to individual pc's. I can search for something on any 1 of my phone, home pc, and work pc, and the search history is the same on all 3 devices, if signed in, which I always am.

I thought some of the footage was looped as well. But still, this is a lot of good footage released. The other room he booked simultaneously at the Ogden is offputting as well.

I just read an article on Time's website from November, where they reported an officer that was on scene told them there were AR-15's, AR-10's, and AK-47's present in the hotel room. That would possibly explain the difference in rate of fire between some of the youtube vids from people down below. I believe that is the first mention of AR10 and AK47 I have read, AR15 is all anyone else reported. The AR10 shoots a .308 round, AK47 shoots 7.62x39, both pretty much same rounds, much bigger than either of the .223/5.56 the AR15 shoots.
