100%, I could hear it running when he attempted to start it just for the hell of it.

Just because you can hear it running doesn't mean that it is providing the required volume or pressure.

You have to test the fuel line pressure at the fitting on the Injection Pump.

If the VP44 died after 10k miles then it was probably a bad rebuilt pump to begin with or the truck has fuel pressure issues.

But we don't know yet if it's the VP44 or not. He's got fuel all the way to the injectors.
 
you dont see that everyday, at least its a dodge towing a dodge.

so Shane does this mean that your toyota is running again? or did you unload it before tearing it apart?
