How are you using the transfer case? It looks like you have one transmission output lined up with the rear axle and the other transmission output lined up with the transfer case. Are you just using the transfer case to disengage the front axle? Or are you going to weld the differential in the trans and only use the trans output thats lined up with the transfer case?
 
diff is welded in the trans.. using the front output to turn the transfer case and ill have a two piece driveshaft running to the rear end.. the divorced 205 is sitting backward in the chassis..

The transaxle and motor fit basically in a 30x30x30 area..

I'm mainly building this for a trail rig but theres a chance i'll do a little racing in it..
