I bought the 3 inch XD40 cause it fit me better
But now I want to get the 4 or 5 inch.

The 3 inch is very accurate untill you put in
the 10 round clip, Fingers curl under the
bottom of the clip and Fuk me all up.....

I like it a lot, I can shoot it all day with no wrist shock.
Be even better with the 4 or 5 inch barrel.
I'd stay away from the XDm though, The new grip
tears the heck outta your palm after 50 rounds.
Looks and feels nice holding it at the counter but when you
bring it in the back to shoot it, thats a whole new story.
The first knuckle on my thumb tool the worst of the damage.
Bad design for me at least.

I don't find that to be the case with mine at all.. I often shot 500 rounds in a day with it.

I always go shot the pistols I plan on buying.
I liked the XDm so went and shot it but it didn't
agree with me,

try the pearce extension for the short mags feel 100 time better...

got 2 XD40's
