Walker Valley Sunday?

Yeah and I don't like they just ended my favorite hill climb (at walker) when it would be easy to have just pushed the trail through:mad:

Ya i wasnt a big fan of some of the stuff they ended up changing either:booo:

The skills area has some good potential though

I am not sure what you call the skills area but the open pit just up from the road has some good builders as well as a couple other rock pits further up.

We park past the parking area, at the next open area (it's actually below the Rock Pit). The trail starts there (the beginning of the sliver line on my map)

Once you get on Pat's Trail it will be familar....so with the figure-8 of the Expressway, etc.

The trail to the Learning Center will be off up hill, deeply rutted the entire lenght......and there is a wooden kiosk/sign at the head.

.....at Walker if you take the wrong left, the wrong right will get you back......so to speak.

Just don't get back into the logging roads....theye are long, all dead-end and go nowhere.:looser:

Hey Money,
Does that map show the bike trails? Those are the only ones I'm interested in running, along with the hitting every tree in the spotted owl preserve to see what shakes loose :haha::haha:

The wooden kiosk/signs say "Timber Tamers", if you find one of those signs follow the trail and you'll see some orange plastic netting by an offshoot on the downhill side, that's wherer the crack is.:D

Forecast for Sunday says 38 degrees and rain...

I'll be there :awesomework:

I can even show you how to get to the center for kids who can't wheel good. It needs to be at least 3 times bigger. :haha:

Might even be some snow

It is to the right of your spot....I can't seem to rmember how to edit a photo!!! Yes, I Need skillz!!!:haha:

You see where the little lines off the main trail are not too far from the main logging road??? The littler one is an old spur road going up the hill, and the entrance to Da Center is right there below it....
